Best known as Harvey's pal in AMERICAN SPLENDOR, Toby Radloff and Harvey Pekar first dabled in video on the EDDIE MARSHALL SHOW. The program was a local access cable show that originated from Viacom Cablevision in Cleveland Heights Ohio. Pekar had regular spots that often featured Emil Heifetz and Radloff. Toby also had a series of spots usually comparing a type of products. This clip from 1989 features Toby comparing cold bowl cereals. A true Cleveland treasure!
