With the help of Louis van Amstel, the Emmy Nominated Choreographer, of the hit TV dance show, Dancing with the Stars, my husband and I are learning how to dance Jive. Learning how to dance Jive has helped us become more confident, tone our bodies, and we have even been able to lose the weight that we have been trying to shed for years, and we are having fun at the same time. Learning how to dance Jive is the best exercise I have ever done.
